Opening your Euro Wallet (EUR)
To activate your euro wallet, you no longer need to link an IBAN account in your name.
Activation is quick and allows you to start using EUR within BNKA right away.
👉 Important: To withdraw EUR to an external account, you do need to associate an active IBAN under your name (this will be your withdrawal account).
👉 Important: The euro wallet is available only to users who have a valid European Union phone number.
🧭 How to request it
Log in to BNKA with your credentials.
From the “Accounts” section, go to “EUR”.
Request activation of your euro wallet.
Complete your information with your European address.
Optional (only if you plan to withdraw EUR):
You may link an IBAN account in your name for future EUR withdrawals.
⏱️ Approval times
In most cases, approval is immediate. However, in some situations the process may take up to 48 business hours.
🔓 What happens next?
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
From that moment on, you’ll be able to make swaps and use all features associated with the EUR wallet.
✅ What can you do with your euro wallet?
Swap between currencies (ARS, SOLES, COP) and vice versa.
View your assigned IBAN for euro deposits (if applicable).
Send EUR to any BNKA user.
Withdraw EUR to an external account (requires an IBAN in your name).
