I did not receive the registration confirmation e-mail

If you did not receive the e-mail:

1-Check your “Spam” or “unwanted e-mail box”

2-Make sure you typed your e-mail correctly, entering it again in the bnka registration section.

3-If your e-mail address is correct but you still did not receive the “successful registration” e-mail, contact the Support Centre for assistance.
