1. INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICE PROVIDER

Byte Neok AI SL develops, operates and maintains the technology platform identified by the BNKA trademark and provides solely technology services relating to its operation. Byte Neok AI SL is not a credit institution, a payment institution, an electronic money institution or a crypto-asset service provider; it does not provide financial services or financial intermediation, and it does not come into possession of the User's funds.

2. OWNERSHIP OF THE PLATFORM AND THE TRADEMARK

The Platform, the intellectual property rights in it and the BNKA trademark are owned by a group company, which grants Byte Neok AI SL a licence to operate them. That company does not provide financial services and is not a party to the relationship with the User. Its full identification appears in the public trademark registers and is provided to any judicial, administrative or supervisory authority upon request.

3. LOCAL GROUP ENTITIES

In each country, a group company provides User support and commercial support, without providing financial services on its own account:

The registration details of each company appear in the public registers of its jurisdiction and are provided to any competent authority upon request.

4. PRODUCTS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES

The products and financial services accessible through the Platform are provided by entities duly authorised and supervised in each jurisdiction, under their own authorisation, their own responsibility and their own agreement. The identification of the providing entity in each jurisdiction, with its authorisation or registration number and its supervisory authority, appears in the relevant Jurisdiction Module and in the agreement that entity enters into with the User.

Where the Platform gives access to stablecoin functionalities, the service is provided by the provider identified in the interface itself, whose terms the User accepts when the corresponding account is opened. Byte Neok AI SL does not provide crypto-asset services, does not hold them in custody and does not offer them in its own name.

BNKA is a trademark. It does not designate any entity providing financial services.

The contents of the Platform, including texts, designs, code, trademarks and logos, are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder is prohibited.
