Annex: stablecoin services
Supplement to the General Terms of Use of the BNKA Platform. Edition 1.0, September 2026. Replaces any earlier annex on this subject.
1. Purpose
This Annex identifies who provides the stablecoin functionalities accessible through the Platform and who the User contracts with.
2. Who provides the service
The stablecoin functionalities accessible through the Platform are provided by Bridge, a stablecoin service provider, or by the provider identified in the interface itself at the time of contracting.
Byte Neok AI SL does not provide crypto-asset services, does not hold crypto-assets in custody, does not offer them in its own name and assumes no exposure to them on the User's behalf.
3. Contracting and acceptance of terms
When the corresponding account is opened, the Platform presents the provider's terms to the User. The User must read and accept them before using the functionality. The relationship arising from those terms is between the User and that provider, which is the User's sole counterparty for that service. Neither Byte Neok AI SL nor the Regulated Entity is a party to that relationship.
4. Role of the Platform
Byte Neok AI SL acts exclusively as a technology interface: it displays the information the provider makes available and technically transmits the instructions the User submits through the interface. It does not come into possession of the User's funds or crypto-assets, and does not safeguard, control or dispose of them at any time.
5. Amounts and pricing
Fiat-currency amounts shown in the interface, the amount payable by the User and the amount receivable by the beneficiary are fixed at the time each order is confirmed. Where the operation involves a currency conversion, the rate applied may include a spread over the reference used to determine it, in accordance with clause 5.1 of the applicable Jurisdiction Module. That spread remunerates the services provided by the entities involved.
6. Complaints
Complaints relating to the stablecoin service are addressed to the provider, through the channels and procedure set out in its own terms. Queries and incidents regarding the operation of the software may be sent to support@bnka.com.
7. Change of provider
If the provider of this functionality changes, the current provider is identified in the interface at the time of contracting, together with a link to its terms. This Annex does not guarantee the availability of the functionality, which depends on the country, the User's profile and the provider's decision.
8. Precedence
This Annex does not reproduce, modify, interpret or supplement the provider's terms or the Regulated Entity's Agreement. Any discrepancy is resolved in favour of the provider's terms as regards its service.
9. Pre-existing balances
Users holding crypto-asset balances from discontinued functionalities may request their withdrawal by writing to support@bnka.com. No custody, maintenance or inactivity fee is applied to those balances. Delivery is subject to verification of the User's identity and to the checks required by anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing rules.
This does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
