Opening a Colombian pesos wallet

Log in to BNKA with your email and password.

Select the option “Create wallet (COP)”.

Fill in the following information required by local regulations:

To open a Colombian pesos account, you need:

• A valid Colombian citizenship ID

• A registered Colombian mobile phone number

📷 Identity verification

Then you will need to:

• Upload a photo of your Colombian ID, making sure it is clear and legible

• Take a selfie to verify your identity

⏱️ Approval times

Once everything is submitted, you just need to wait for the review.
Account approval may take up to 72 business hours.

You will receive an email when your wallet is approved or rejected.
