The execution times for deposits are

ARS deposit: 24 business hours

Deposit in EUR: up to 72 business hours.

If the deadline has passed, please contact us via the contact form and include proof of operation and/or HASH number.

Currently, we have these options for topping up your wallet balance on Bnka:

Transfer:

ARS Wallet: Top up your Bnka wallet by making a local transfer from an external entity that provides Argentine pesos (ARS) through CBU/CVU.

EUR Wallet: Top up your wallet with euros by making a SEPA transfer from an external entity that provides euros through IBAN.

*Please note that if the IBAN is not Spanish, you will need to select "international SEPA transfer".

SWAP: Exchange any of your currencies to fund the wallet of your choice.

The clearing times for deposits and withdrawals are between 24 and 72 working hours.

Log in with your access credentials; go to the menu bar containing your profile.

Select the profile icon and then “operations password”, accept the verification code and you will receive and e-mail with the link to generate the password. 

ARS Wallet

Make a local transfer to a destination CBU/CVU by following the steps below:

• Activate your wallet and select the "transfer" button, enter the destination CBU/CVU number or account alias, and press "continue".
• Verify and confirm the recipient.
• Enter the amount and transfer the money.

EUR Wallet

Make a SEPA transfer to a destination IBAN or withdraw cash from an ATM.

Steps to make a SEPA transfer:

• Activate your wallet and select the "transfer" button, fill in the amount, reference, and recipient's name.
• Then select the type of transfer: SEPA / BNKA ALIAS (EU recipient with a Bnka account).
• If you choose SEPA: you must fill in the destination IBAN and BIC.
• If you choose BNKA ALIAS, add the recipient's Bnka username.
• Press send.

The 'swap' is used to exchange one currency for another.

Example: I have Argentinian Pesos and I want Euros, I use the "exchange/swap" function to automatically convert my funds.

Types of swaps: FIAT to FIAT.

Example: Euro to ARS Pesos, etc.

You can perform this currency exchange from the "SWAP" section of the main menu in Bnka.

Select the starting currency, which is your available currency, then the currency you want to receive and the amount you want to pay.

Click on "Previous conversion" to see the price or exchange rate and how much you will receive in exchange.

*Review and accept the operation. Once done, it cannot be undone.

Please note that you must have your wallets active (pesos, euros, soles) to perform the conversion.

Additionally, you must have available funds in the source account, considering the commissions.

If you meet these conditions and still receive an error message, we suggest trying again in the next 24 hours, as there may be delays in operations due to high demand.

Typically, swaps are reflected in approximately 1 hour. However, due to demand, there may be exceptional delays of up to 48 business hours.
