DIGITAL TRADING S.A. Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), registered under No. 55 dated 07/24/24 in the Registry of Virtual Asset Service Providers of the CNV. This registration is for the purposes of control as an Obligated Entity before the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and any other regulatory body empowered for such purpose, within the scope of their authority, and does not imply licensing or supervision by the NATIONAL SECURITIES COMMISSION over the activity carried out by the VASP.

The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, in its capacity as the Oversight Body of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to address complaints and claims filed by those whose rights may be affected by non-compliance with current regulations on personal data protection.
