Can I request an increase in the limits?
Increase in the limits for natural persons – Deposits and withdrawals
Yes, you can request an increase in your limits.
To do this, we will request additional information to assess whether it can be granted. In addition, we will be complying with the regulations of the FIU (Financial Information Unit).

Local transfers in COP: $0
Minimum transfer limit: COP 21,488.25 (US$5)
The wallet in Colombian pesos (COP) allows you to hold a balance and make monthly withdrawals up to a maximum equivalent to 210.50 UVT, in accordance with current regulations. This limit applies at all times both to the available balance and to the total withdrawals made during the month.
