Data protection and security: We comply with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and applicable international standards. Your data is encrypted and never shared without your consent.
Transparent information: You receive full details of fees, limits, and conditions before each transaction.
Right to be heard: Our support team responds within a maximum of 2 business days via support.bnka.com.
Freedom of use: You have full autonomy over your crypto wallet, always within a safe and lawful framework.

In Argentina, BNKA’s crypto-asset services are provided by Digital Trading S.A., a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered under Entry No. 55, dated July 24, 2024, in the CNV Register of Virtual Asset Service Providers.
This registration is solely for compliance purposes as an Obligated Entity before the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) and any other competent regulatory authority. It does not imply licensing or supervision by the National Securities Commission (CNV) of the activities carried out by the VASP.
BNKA is not a bank or a financial institution. We do not accept deposits, issue loans, or provide products reserved for credit institutions.
Payment accounts, cards, and international account services are provided through duly authorized third-party partners in their respective jurisdictions.
