Promotional Credit: Amount and Limits\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"3805\" data-end=\"4083\">Once the activation conditions are met, both the referring user and the referred user may receive a promotional credit of up to five (5) credit units each (estimated equivalent: USD 5), with a maximum total of ten (10) credit units per referral (estimated equivalent: USD 10).\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"4085\" data-end=\"4176\">The USD value indicated is an estimated reference at the time of activation and may vary.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"4178\" data-end=\"4353\">The use of “USD” is strictly for reference purposes and does not imply the delivery of fiat currency. BNKA does not guarantee parity, exchange rate, or monetary equivalence.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3 data-start=\"4360\" data-end=\"4413\">8. Application, Validity, and Use of the Credit\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"4415\" data-end=\"4597\">The promotional credit is automatically applied as a discount on the service fee in future eligible transactions (swaps), each with a minimum estimated equivalent value of USD 150.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"4599\" data-end=\"4831\">If the transaction fee is lower than the available credit balance, the credit will be partially consumed, and the remaining balance will roll over to future eligible transactions until exhausted or expired, whichever occurs first.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"4833\" data-end=\"4919\">The credit will remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the activation date.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"4921\" data-end=\"5049\">After this period, any unused credit will automatically expire without the right to compensation, reimbursement, or extension.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"5051\" data-end=\"5169\">The credit will be immediately forfeited in the event of account closure, whether voluntary or at BNKA’s discretion.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3 data-start=\"5176\" data-end=\"5223\">9. Limits, Abuse Prevention, and Reversal\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"5225\" data-end=\"5266\">To ensure the integrity of the Program:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul data-start=\"5268\" data-end=\"5622\">\u003Cli data-start=\"5268\" data-end=\"5330\">\u003Cp data-start=\"5270\" data-end=\"5330\">A maximum of three (3) valid referrals per referring user.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"5331\" data-end=\"5388\">\u003Cp data-start=\"5333\" data-end=\"5388\">One (1) referral per verified identity or per device.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"5389\" data-end=\"5622\">\u003Cp data-start=\"5391\" data-end=\"5622\">The following are prohibited: self-referrals, creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, use of third-party identity data, and commercial, advertising, or affiliate campaigns without BNKA’s prior written authorization.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp data-start=\"5624\" data-end=\"5787\">BNKA uses technical device identifiers and other automated mechanisms solely to prevent abuse and fraud in the Program, in accordance with BNKA’s Privacy Policy.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"5789\" data-end=\"6087\">\u003Cstrong data-start=\"5789\" data-end=\"5809\">Reversal clause:\u003C\u002Fstrong> BNKA reserves the right to deny, suspend, reverse, or cancel promotional credits if it detects or reasonably suspects fraud, Program abuse, breach of these Terms, indications of AML\u002FCFT violations, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Program or the Platform.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"6089\" data-end=\"6260\">\u003Cstrong data-start=\"6089\" data-end=\"6107\">Review window:\u003C\u002Fstrong> BNKA may apply a post-activation review period before enabling effective use of the credit to validate the legitimacy of the transaction and referral.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3 data-start=\"6267\" data-end=\"6301\">10. Legal Notice – No Advice\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"6303\" data-end=\"6659\">The Program does not constitute and shall not be interpreted as financial advice, investment recommendation, solicitation to trade digital assets, or promotion of a risky activity. The promotional credit is a limited commercial incentive that solely reduces the service fee cost for transactions that the user freely and independently chooses to execute.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"6661\" data-end=\"6863\">Users are solely responsible for assessing the risks associated with transactions carried out on the Platform. Personal Data Protection\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"6906\" data-end=\"7069\">Participation in the Program involves the processing of personal data for identity verification, fraud and abuse prevention, and proper execution of the Program.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"7071\" data-end=\"7381\">Data processing is carried out in accordance with BNKA’s Privacy Policy, available on the Platform, and applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
