Discontinuation of Deposits and Inflows\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>Effective as of 30 June 2026, the platform permanently suspends the option to deposit, receive, or add new crypto-asset funds. Any incoming transfer or transaction of digital assets after this date will be rejected by the system or blocked, and the platform assumes no liability for losses arising from transfers sent to disabled deposit addresses.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>2. Preferential Liquidation Window\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>A grace period of thirty (30) calendar days is established, ending on \u003Cstrong>30 July 2026\u003C\u002Fstrong> (the \"Deadline\"). During this period, the app interface will operate exclusively in \"Withdrawal-Only\" mode, allowing users with crypto-asset balances greater than zero (>0) to carry out only two operations:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli data-list-item-id=\"eb75db360cfef4b09094de93001dceba8\">\u003Cstrong>Exchange (swap\u002Fsale):\u003C\u002Fstrong> of crypto-assets for the local fiat currencies available on the platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-list-item-id=\"e74aaca7ba7b250c7e23b81041a879e54\">\u003Cstrong>On-chain withdrawal:\u003C\u002Fstrong> of their crypto-assets to an external wallet address under their exclusive control. This withdrawal will be executed solely through the blockchain networks supported by the platform for this transition and explicitly shown as enabled in the app interface at the time of the order. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the destination wallet is compatible with the selected network; BNKA will assume no liability for funds sent to incompatible networks or incorrect addresses.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch2>3. Verification of Ownership and AML Control on Fiat Withdrawals\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>In strict accordance with internal Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML\u002FCFT) policies, any withdrawal of fiat currency funds resulting from the liquidation or sale of digital assets will be processed solely and exclusively to local bank accounts or virtual accounts whose ownership matches exactly the User's identity data previously verified through the platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The processing of outbound transfers to third-party accounts or wallets is strictly prohibited and blocked.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>4. Regime for Remaining Balances and Inactive Custody Fee\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>Once the Deadline has elapsed, BNKA will not guarantee the availability of autonomous crypto-asset operations within the usual mobile app interface.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Crypto-asset balances (including remaining, residual balances or those below the technical minimums required by the platform for the execution of ordinary transactions) that have not been withdrawn by the user will be moved to segregated technical custody accounts outside the ordinary operational environment.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>In order to cover the costs of infrastructure, regulatory compliance, key security, and maintenance of orphaned balances, starting on day sixty (60) after the Deadline, BNKA will apply an \u003Cstrong>Administrative Fee for Custody of Inactive Balances\u003C\u002Fstrong> of up to the equivalent of \u003Cstrong>USD 10.00 per month\u003C\u002Fstrong>.
