The Regulated Entity's Agreement prevails over this Annex in all matters relating to the financial services.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>1. PURPOSE\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>This Annex identifies the entities participating in payment orders whose final destination is the Argentine Republic and delimits their functions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>2. PARTICIPATING ENTITIES\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>2.1 Ordering Regulated Entity.\u003C\u002Fstrong> The entity identified in the Jurisdiction Module applicable to the ordering User. It executes the transaction under its own authorisation and responsibility and determines the amount to be credited to the beneficiary in Argentine pesos, in accordance with the information provided to the User before the order is confirmed.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>2.2 Processing and crediting.\u003C\u002Fstrong> The processing and crediting of the payment order in Argentine pesos are carried out by \u003Cstrong>Block Digital Services S.A.\u003C\u002Fstrong>, CUIT 30-71738972-3, registered as a Payment Service Provider with the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, under its own responsibility and regulatory perimeter.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>2.3\u003C\u002Fstrong> Crediting is made to a payment account with a Uniform Virtual Key (Clave Virtual Uniforme, CVU) or to a bank account, in both cases in the name of the designated beneficiary.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>2.4\u003C\u002Fstrong> Block Digital Services S.A. is not a financial institution. Amounts credited do not constitute deposits and do not benefit from the guarantees applicable to deposits held with financial institutions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>2.5\u003C\u002Fstrong> Byte Neoka UAB acts as technology provider. Neither Byte Neoka UAB nor Neoxpat Limited participates in the execution of the transaction or in the crediting of funds to the beneficiary.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>3. INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE USER\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>3.1\u003C\u002Fstrong> Before confirming the order, the User will receive the information provided for in the clause on remuneration of the services and transparency in the interface of the applicable Jurisdiction Module, including the exact amount to be credited to the beneficiary in Argentine pesos and the estimated time for crediting.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>3.2\u003C\u002Fstrong> The time for crediting is an estimate, as it depends on third-party entities and payment systems and on the operating hours applicable in the Argentine Republic.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>4. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4.1\u003C\u002Fstrong> The ordering Regulated Entity and the participating entities may require additional information concerning the beneficiary, the purpose of the transaction and the source of funds, in accordance with their respective anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4.2\u003C\u002Fstrong> The transaction may be rejected, delayed or returned where such information is not provided, is insufficient, or where required by the rules applicable in any of the participating jurisdictions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4.3\u003C\u002Fstrong> Transactions are subject to the limits and conditions applicable under Argentine rules in force from time to time.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4.4\u003C\u002Fstrong> The beneficiary may be the User or a third party designated by the User.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>5. COMPLAINTS\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>5.1 Ordering User.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Complaints by the ordering User relating to the execution of the order, to the conversion rate applied, to fees or to the outcome of the transaction are addressed to the ordering Regulated Entity, in accordance with clause 9.2 of the General Terms. The ordering Regulated Entity coordinates the response with the other participating entities.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>5.2 Beneficiary and matters within the local entities' own remit.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Clause 5.1 does not limit or replace the support and complaint channels which the entities participating in the Argentine Republic are required to maintain under applicable Argentine rules, nor the rights which Argentine consumer protection and financial user protection rules confer on the beneficiary or on the User against those entities.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>5.3\u003C\u002Fstrong> The support channels of the entities participating in the Argentine Republic are indicated on bnka.com and in the Terms and Conditions of the relevant entity.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>6.
