SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL IN COLOMBIA\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"1073\">In the Republic of Colombia, the financial services accessible through the Platform are provided under a banking correspondent model, in accordance with applicable regulations and under the supervision of the Superintendence of Finance of Colombia (SFC).\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2 data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1105\">3. PARTICIPATING ENTITIES\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Ch3 data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1146\">3.1 Banco Cooperativo Coopcentral\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1321\">Banco Cooperativo Coopcentral is a financial institution incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia and supervised by the Superintendence of Finance of Colombia.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1448\">The Bank is solely responsible for providing the financial products offered to users in Colombia, including, as applicable:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1606\">\u003Cli data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1475\">\u003Cp data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1475\">accounts and deposits;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1509\">\u003Cp data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1509\">low-value financial products;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1546\">\u003Cp data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1546\">management and custody of funds;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1606\">\u003Cp data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1606\">other products authorized under applicable regulations.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1880\">Funds deposited by users constitute financial products of the Bank and are governed by Colombian banking regulations. Depending on the nature of the product, such funds may be covered by the deposit insurance managed by the Financial Institutions Guarantee Fund (Fogafín).\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch3 data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1923\">3.2 BNKA as a digital correspondent\u003C\u002Fh3>\u003Cp data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2056\">In Colombia, BNKA acts as the Bank’s digital correspondent, operating exclusively as a technological channel that allows users to:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2243\">\u003Cli data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2125\">\u003Cp data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2125\">initiate requests to open and use the Bank’s financial products;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2176\">\u003Cp data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2176\">check balances, transactions, and information;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2243\">\u003Cp data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2243\">carry out transactions permitted under applicable regulations.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2430\">BNKA is not a financial institution, does not take deposits from the public, does not manage funds, does not set financial terms, and does not assume risks inherent to banking activity.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2 data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2464\">4. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2521\">By using the financial services available in Colombia:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2766\">\u003Cli data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2635\">\u003Cp data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2635\">the user enters into a contract directly with Banco Cooperativo Coopcentral regarding the financial products;\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2766\">\u003Cp data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2766\">BNKA is not a contractual party to such financial products and acts solely as a digital correspondent and technology provider.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2926\">The specific terms and conditions of each financial product are determined by the Bank and communicated to the user in accordance with applicable regulations.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2 data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"2980\">5. REGISTRATION, IDENTIFICATION, AND COMPLIANCE\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp data-start=\"2981\" data-end=\"3272\">Access to financial services is subject to compliance with identification, verification, and customer due diligence (KYC) processes, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML\u002FCTF) requirements, and other controls required under Colombian regulations and the Bank’s policies.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"3274\" data-end=\"3450\">The Bank and BNKA may request additional information, apply limits, suspend transactions, or restrict access when required for regulatory, security, or risk management reasons.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2 data-start=\"3452\" data-end=\"3491\">6. COSTS, FEES, AND ECONOMIC TERMS\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3658\">Fees, commissions, and costs applicable to financial products are established by the Bank and communicated to the user prior to contracting or executing transactions.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp data-start=\"3660\" data-end=\"3808\">BNKA does not determine or directly receive banking fees, except those related to the use of the Platform, when applicable and previously disclosed.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2 data-start=\"3810\" data-end=\"3834\">7.
